The chain grate that doesn’t jam

Fuel spreads evenly across a moving grate of solid 6″ x 1″ x 2″ high-temp steel bars. The whole bed burns, not just a hot spot. As the grate turns over the end, ash drops off and leaves the system on its own. Wet chips, dirty bark, straw, husks: it keeps turning.

Our own controls

We can see your boiler from our shop

Our panels are built and wired in our own panel shop in Headingley, and we write the control program ourselves. A touch screen on the boiler, the same screen on your phone, and remote access from our shop. When something drifts, we often know before you call. Parts are on the shelf. Techs go on site.
