15 million BTU Biomass and Hot Air Grain Drying Systems
This solid fuel/biomass systems are efficient and burn clean. They are fed by fuels such as wood chips, pellets, agriculture waste, plant waste and other sustainable substances.
WF Farms employs our CGS 3690 Biomass grain drying system with a output off 15m BTU to Dry his corn instead off using natural gas or propane.
Les Wiebe, owner of WF Farms, has been a key partner in the development and testing of our Biomass Grain Drying System. His initial encouragement motivated SCW to create a cost-effective drying solution specifically for farmers. In the fall of 2020, SCW delivered the first system to Mr. Wiebe for testing, which produced 5 million BTUs. After months of research and development, the prototype proved successful, showcasing the potential of this innovative approach.
Pleased with the results, Mr. Wiebe ordered a new system designed to achieve up to 15 million BTUs for his expanded drying facility. This advanced system was delivered in the fall of 2022. Since then, SCW has continued refining and enhancing the system to meet all specifications required by commercial dryers.
